Terms of service

Last updated November 7, 2026

These terms apply to your use of ACRQR at acrqr.com. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you sign up for.

Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your company.

Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, images and details you add. You give us permission to store and display them to provide the service, including showing contact pages publicly. You confirm you have the right to use the logos and images you upload and to share the contact details you enter.

Acceptable use

Don't use ACRQR to impersonate people or companies, mislead people, send spam, share unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Each renewal is charged in advance for the cards active on that day. Cards you turn on during the month are charged when you add them, prorated for the rest of the month; turning cards off doesn't give a credit for the current month and takes effect at the next renewal. If you upgrade during a free trial, your first charge is when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the app; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires. We'll tell you before changing prices.

Availability

We work to keep ACRQR running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or stop features, and we'll give reasonable notice of major changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your company at any time in the app. We may close accounts that break these terms.
