Privacy policy

ACRQR ("we") provides digital business cards for companies at acrqr.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: the name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) of people who sign up or are invited to manage a company.
- Company content: the company name, logo, colors, links, card design and images that a company uploads.
- Card details: the names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses and addresses that a company enters for its people.
- Usage counts: how many times each contact page is viewed and each Save contact button is tapped, by day. We don't use tracking cookies on contact pages.
- Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run the service: showing cards and contact pages, sending the emails you ask us to send (card links, invites, sign-in links), billing, keeping the service secure and answering support requests. We don't sell personal information.
Who controls card details
Each company decides what goes on its cards and contact pages and is responsible for having the right to share those details. We process that information on the company's behalf. People who want their card details changed or removed should contact the company that made their card, or privacy@acrqr.com.
What's public
Contact pages are public to anyone with the link or QR code, and they show only the details the company chose. They ask search engines not to list them.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep data while an account is active. When a company deletes a card, its contact page stops working right away. When a company deletes its account, its cards, pages and uploaded images are deleted. Backups are kept for a limited time and then removed.
Your choices
You can update your account details in the app at any time, or ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it by emailing privacy@acrqr.com.
